Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time from your dashboard. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period; a downgrade takes effect at the start of the next one, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The plan price and the transaction fee listed on each plan are the whole cost. Setup, updates, every surface in the bundle and support are included, and we do not charge per module.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards and bank transfer through Paystack, in your local currency. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice — talk to us if that suits your finance team better.
